I'm Kim, it's nice to
meet you!

I am a Certified Advanced Canine Nutritionist as well as a Certified Holistic Nutritional Practitioner in the human world. I graduated from the Companion of Animal Sciences Institute with distinction and have added qualifications in Raw Diet Formulation.
My path originally began in human nutrition after graduating from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition following my deep passion for helping people and for natural sciences. Later my focus shifted to canine nutrition after having experienced my own set of challenges as a pet owner with my 4-year-old Havanese, Teddy. Once I learned how biologically similar dogs are to humans, it was frustrating to hear that the “best course” of treatments commonly involved prescription pills or medicated kibble. Hearing similar feedback from other pet owners made me soon realize how much of a need there is for a more root cause approach to health and healing through nutrition for our furry loved ones.

When not obsessing about dogs, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, travelling to different places around the world and being in nature as much as possible. Forest trails and waterfalls are at the top of the list of my many happy places.

I am committed to empowering dog owners with the knowledge and tools to make healthy changes and optimize overall wellness and longevity, by integrating whole foods and scientific nutritional principles in a judgement free environment.
Meet Teddy
Teddy is certified in loveable cuteness and is passionate about blueberries, liver treats and stealing every pair of socks he can get his paws on. He loves playing hide and seek and is committed to cuddling full time.
