Initial consultation of 60 minutes via phone, Teams, or Zoom Intake questionnaire review History and current diet assessment (what’s happening now) We will discuss and address any underlying disease contributing to obesity Determine appropriate calorie intake driven through balanced food sources Assess appropriate activity levels based on age, breed, health status and lifestyle Recipe formulation for a healthy weight loss diet Two 30-minute follow ups included with diet recalibration if needed
